These charts will teach you if there are muscles being compromised during certain movements like a squat an lunge.
For example: the cause if you're leaning forward during a lunge or if your knees are caving in during a squat.
These charts are broken into Lower Body, Upper Body and Core to get you more in tune with your entire body.
Proper form of an exercise should always come FIRST before increasing the weight being lifted. Training with improper form can cause injury or harm to the muscles and joints. Once you have the correct motion then increase the weight being lifted and through progressive overload.
Observe: The muscle (muscle group) that is being compromised.
Find the Imbalance: The problem area with the muscle (muscle group) being compromised.
Correct the Exercise: What exercises you can do to help correct the imbalance!
Stretch the Muscle: Muscles to be stretched to help correct the imbalance!
