The Booty Building Program is a 8 week training program created by Miss Emma Troupe!BBP focuses on sculpting and building curvy Gl ute Muscles + a Sexy Full Body Physique by science proven, EXCITING and UNIQUE workouts!
Gym Equipment is required for The BBP!
This program is for people who want to:
- Build the size of your glutes and create a peachier shape
- Increase overall strength in the Glutes and Legs (Upper Body days included to create a balanced well built physique)
- Burn unhealthy body fat and sculpt the core with additional HIIT and Core Circuits
- Become more comfortable & confident in the gym and in your day to day lifestyle
- Suitable for all bodies! Includes guidelines on how to use the program for either Weight Loss, Weight Gain or Body Recomposition
What's Included:
- 4 workouts a week provided, workouts last 45 mins - 1 hour
- 3 lower body workouts per week, 1 upper body workout per week
- Video Demonstation's for every exercise
- Glute Activation circuits to use before the workouts
- Additional Conditioning and Core Circuits included
- Nutrition Recommendations to use over the 8 weeks
- Macro Nutrient Guidelines to use in your daily meals
