We all have the moment when we are looking through the cupboards looking for something healthy to snack on that will satisfy your sweet craving! Blueberries are a great snack filled with antioxidants and yogurt is filled with good bacteria that will promote a healthy gut flora! This snack is healthy, nutritious and easy to make.
- 1 little carton of blueberries (the ones you get from grocery stores) - 1 container of Greek yogurt or plain
What you'll need: - wax paper - baking tray - freezer
1. In a large bowl toss blueberries and a few scoops of Greek yogurt until the blueberries are fully coated. 2. Place blueberries individually on a piece of wax paper on a baking tray. 3. Put baking tray flat in a freezer for a few hours. 4. Serve immediately out of the freezer. Note: This recipe will melt in the sun!
