Why Juice Vegetables and Fruit?

By juicing vegetables and some fruits you get a high intake of concentrated vitamins and minerals, you absorb the enzymes and nutrients faster from leading to improved and supported wellness!

 

It is preferred to having your juice more vegetables then fruit! Aim for 80% vegetables, 20% fruit. Fruit contains a high amount of sugar and due to the mass production of fruit it is very contaminated with harmful pesticides. If you choose to juice fruit it is best to buy organic so you wont be juicing and consuming the pesticides. Dilute your juice with a little filtered water so it drastically effect the stomach. Nothing is as strong and effective then the power of fresh raw juice - fresh juices will keep you healthy and alive!

Apple

Juicing apple is good for the gallbladder and has powerful effects on healing and cleansing internal inflammation. It contains polyphenols which protect you against chronic health diseases. It also contains pectin one of the best sources of natural soluble fiber in plants. Juice the skins to for their high nutrient content but be sure to wash them well. Tip: don't juice the seeds!

Beet

Juicing beets is extremely beneficial for anemia and cancer, the liver, gallbladder and for stimulation of the lymph glands. (the lymphatic system partakes in our bodies natural detoxification) It is a good source folic acid, iron, calcium, potassium and many other nutrients! Tip: juice the tops and leaves to! Also it may cause your urine and stool to become red - this is completely normal.

Carrot

Juicing carrots has been used in the treatment of cancer. They are one of the best sources of beta-carotene which gets converted to vitamin A in the body. Vitamin A supports eye health - and consuming vitamin A through raw liquid form (rather than a supplement) is best for liver problems. Carrots are best for diarrhea (even for infants) and intestinal disorders.

Juicing wheatgrass is very known for its amazing health benefits! It is high in chlorophyll and will stop the growth of bad bacteria. Wheatgrass is king of juices being one of the best blood purifiers we have on the planet! It is good for maintaining energy levels and good for body builders. Wheatgrass has countless healing properties to the body! Tip: juice a small amount - it can be a little nauseating if you start with to much!

Juicing turmeric will provide you with many anti-inflammatory benefits. Turmeric is known as the best anti-inflammatory in the world and has been used for thousands of centuries. Cucumber

Juicing cucumber you will receive both soluble and insoluble fiber. This will help nutrients get absorbed in your digestive tract much more effectively and rapidly. It contains silica which is a natural mineral that supports strengthening the hair and nails. Cucumber is also good for acne and as a blood cleanser. Tip: try putting it on burns for relief from pain!

Juicing dandelions is extremely beneficial for the body. It is known as a weed but many people are not aware of its amazing healing properties. Lemons are a good source of vitamin C providing you with protection from free radicals which do harm to our bodies. The peel of the lemon contains essential oils that our bodies cannot produce!
