Antioxidant Smoothie

Some people do not get any form of antioxidants due to their diet. This smoothie recipe is packed with antioxidants which can be perfect to add to your diet once a week!

RECIPE

- 1 1/2-2 cups of blueberries - 10 strawberries

- 1 large handful of spinach - 3 oranges juiced - 1 teaspoon fish oils Add all ingredients into a blender and blend till desired consistency! I added pomegranate seeds and blueberries as a fruit topping, along with chia seeds, hemp hearts and ground flax. Enjoy in a glass or in a bowl! Note: Blueberries are filled with antioxidants, and the oranges provide a great source of Vitamin C. Chug it back and feel proud you are giving your body natural goodness for your health!
