Energizing Oatmeal


Level: Easy - Length: 20 minutes - Servings: 2-3

RECIPE

- 1 cup of steel cut oats (makes enough for 2-3 servings) - 1 tablespoon cinnamon - 1 tsp natural maple syrup - 1 cup chopped fruit of choice - raw nuts and seeds (almonds, cashews, walnuts etc.)

- raw superfoods (pumpkin, sunflower, chia, hemp)

Cook steel cut oats for 15-20 minutes or until desired texture. Mix 1 tablespoon of cinnamon into the oatmeal so it is mixed evenly. Top with fresh fruit, maple syrup and nuts. Enjoy!
