RECIPE
- 1 frozen banana sliced - 1 cup frozen mango - Half of a red apple - 3-4 large leafs of kale - 1-2 large oranges juiced - 1 tbsp. omega 3 oil, mine is mango flavored. (optional) Add all ingredients into a blender. Pulse about 10 times to break everything down, blend until your desired consistency. Add more of an ingredient if the kale is too overwhelming. Don't throw it out!! This smoothie will have you feeling amazing, as a snack or breakfast! Add some protein powder in it if desired for extra protein!
