Mango's by far are one of my favorite fruits! It could be because my grandma grew up in Jamaica and basically lived on mango's for the love of them! They are sure a delicious fruit. This mango smoothie is one of my favorite smoothies to make and everyone enjoys it.
- 1-2 mango's - 1/2 banana - 1/2 cup almond milk - 1/2 cup plain yogurt - pinch of cardamom Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired texture and top with your favorite granola. Easy as cake! Wait.... easier!! Note: This smoothie will not be thick. If you are wanting to thicken it up, cut the mango into chunks and freeze it for a few hours before blending!
