Lactic bacteria improves digestion, gas, constipation and diarrhea. Hemp Hearts Hemp hearts are super nutritious and are loaded with omegas and protein! Hemp hearts are very easy to digest which will cause no bloating or gas, they have a nutty taste and will blend perfectly with your smoothie. Hemp hearts also may help reduce sugar and starchy food cravings. Fiber Fiber is essential for people wanting to loose weight or for those who are looking for overall improvement in their digestion. Fiber has many benefits... it will increase bowel health and help raise metabolism, provide relief for gas, bloating, indigestion and constipation as well with helping those who are wanting to achieve weight loss. Avoid pysllium as a fiber supplement it is known to increase gas, bloating and indigestion in some people. (Try ground flax) *Drink 8 glasses of pure water a day while taking fiber supplement.
