This delicious turmeric milk recipe is a quick, healing and delicious beverage (healthy replacement for coffee or favourite Starbucks drink) which has amazing properties for the digestive system!
I've been drinking this a few times a week and also making it for my family for the amazing health benefits that are packed inside this mug!

- 1/2 teaspoon Avocado Oil
- 1 cup Hot or Steamed Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Organic Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 1/2 Scoop of Collagen Powder (I used Organika enhanced collagen)
- 1-2 teaspoons pure Honey
1. In a large mug or bowl add the avocado oil then pour the hot almond milk over top.
2. Add the turmeric powder, cinnamon, cardamom and collagen. Whisk well until fully combined. You could also add this to a blender.
3. Once mixed add the honey.
Avocado Oil is very high in omega's (essential fatty acids) which have anti-inflammatory properties & help repair the gut lining.
Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
Cinnamon has blood sugar balancing properties.
Collagen (proteins) help repair and heal the gut lining.
Honey contains anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.
