You find a way to get something sweet into your body to wake you up!! But 30 minutes later the same feeling kicks back of no energy and you look for another treat to give you another boost. RECIPE

- 4 heaping tbsp. organic nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew) I used organic peanut butter - 8 tbsp. gluten free oat bran - 2 scoops of Genuine Health vanilla fermented Greek yogurt proteins+ powder - 2 tbsp. pure honey - 1 tbsp. cinnamon ​- 2 tbsp. raw cacao powder - 2 tbsp. hemp hearts - 2 tbsp. chia seeds ​- 2 tbsp. finely chopped almonds ​- 1 tsp. Maca powder

1. Put the dry ingredients into a bowl and add the wet. ​2. Mix with your hands until fully combined. Add more wet or more dry ingredients if needed. 3. Firmly roll into bite size balls, set on a baking sheet and let chill in the fridge for 2-3 minutes. ​4. Serve cold or room temperature and keep stored in the fridge in a container. ​(They will hold better if they stay cold)
