Probiotic, L-Carnitine Smoothie

HAHA. When you saw the title who was like.. how far will this girl go to be healthy! I'm just kidding my holistic babes! No actual blood was used in the making of this smoothie but I did add 2 delicious Blood Oranges. I added a few other of my secret nutrition hacks to make this smoothie super nutrient dense. For this smoothie I added a liquid vegan probiotic, liquid l-carnitine, coconut water and vegan protein powder for some additional benefits. Recipe and brands used are posted below.
