A popular topic at the moment is what the effects are on your skin by drinking cow's milk and consuming dairy! That is my skin pictured above when I consume dairy, specifically cow's milk. Hey guys, hope you missed me! I just got back from a vacation in British Columbia visiting my boyfriend, so I apologize for not being consistent with my blogs the last little while. Since I was on the road majority of my trip, adventuring and hiking; I decided to take a physical and mental break from the gym and my normal routine. It is so important to treat yourself in life, travel and see the beautiful world we live in. We've all probably experienced this.. it can be hard or stressful getting back into your normal exercise routine after taking a break or holiday, but you must remember of how far you have already came! Your progress and hard work you've already accomplished is still there.
